Barbara Neri is a multidisciplinary artist, published writer and scholar working with a synergy of creative processes in research, writing, performance, and visual art. She is internationally recognized for The Elizabeth Barrett Browning Project and her critical research on EBB’s Sonnets from the Portuguese. Associate Editor of The Works of Elizabeth Barrett Browning, she is a published playwright and author of The Consolation of Poetry and Unlocking Desire. She created the Williams Wing, a new wing of The EBB Project, evoking the memory of Tennessee Williams.
